Hungry Minds, who are we?

The idea of Hungry Minds Childcare began over 24 years ago, when we struggled to find childcare setting that had everything we wanted for our son. We chose to leave our careers behind to focus on caring for him within our home and setting up a small childminding business, which we filled with extensive opportunities for the children to grow and develop, building a inclusive and nurturing environment. In 2007 we decided to make the move to Brighton and Hove and set up Hungry Minds Childcare growing from a childminder's to a thriving home based nursery setting. Hungry Minds has kept all of its family values and has the dynamic of still looking and feeling like a home. We have since been joined by 12 members of staff who strive to deliver exceptional childcare. 

We are passionate about recruiting the very best staff who all have a passion and enthusiasm for childcare and providing child centred care, which is inclusive and builds on nurturing the children and their families in a way that works best for them. 
All members of staff are working towards or have completed their Level 3 qualification or above within childcare.
