Hungry Minds, who are we?

We are a small tight knit team who strive to create a welcoming and nurturing environment for the children to enjoy as they learn.

Simon and Shanna started working in childcare after successful career's in advertising in London. In 2002 Shanna registered as a childminder and Simon joined her in 2004. In 2007 they moved to Hove and set up Hungry Minds Childcare growing from a childminder's with 6 children to a thriving nursery with up to 42 children a day. Hungry Minds is a truly family based setting with the dynamic of looking and feeling like a home. Simon and Shanna have since been joined by 10 members of staff who strive to deliver exceptional childcare. 
All members of staff are working towards or have completed their Level 3 qualification within childcare.
